I just received this 24hr after it's showing as sent.

It's most likely a back log in an email server somewhere, as I have had issues with messages not appearing for a few hours in the past when posting to Yahoo groups.

If in doubt, you can always post directly via the Yahoo group webpage, as that way you know the message will be on the server.
